The Shomonkai (they're an cult) are planning on summoning demons, namely their god Belberith (he's actually a powerful demon). The angels found out about the Shomonkai's activities, so they told the government to deal with it or else our autonomy get stripped away.

Unfortunately, the Shomonkai's summoning methods for normal demons, a modded COMPs with the Demon Summoning Program, leaked to the general public in Tokyo. To contain the demons and the Shomonkai, the government have the SDF put the entire area in the Yamanote line under a lockdown. No one can get out, demon tamers or innocent people. So for a week, everything became a race for survival.

In order to lift the lockdown and go back to our normal lives, we have to figure out a way to deal with the demon problem. My proposal is to alter the summoning server and put all demons under our control, so they can't do anything without the authorised personnel's orders.

We almost finish implementing the changes to the server, but I find myself in Johto.
