Day 36 - [Action] 4TH WALL

[For anyone checking out Fuchsia’s movie sets, or even walking around the city, you might hear a voice. Or several voices.]

[When you turn to look, you would see Atsuro riding a Cerberus and chasing after a group of Jack Frosts. If you’re unlucky, you might get hit by a stray ice spells from the Fairy demons.

...And, uh, better get out of the way.]

[Teleport here, teleport there. This day had been a pretty hectic one, Shiraishi has to admit. At least for now he can just relax and--

Hmm. Is it suddenly colder around here? Shiraishi looks to the left and notices some ice. In the middle of the summer?

He looks further into the horizon as he hears voices.

... ...

So much for the relaxing. Run!]

Eh? Shiraishi!?

[That sure is Atsuro's voice from behind you. Which isn't that surprising, if Shiraishi noticed him riding the large beast.]

H-Hee ho!

[backtobasics]

[... wait. A familiar voice? Shiraishi stops to look around. Though he's really prepared to leave if the army of Jack Frosts decide to try and run over him.]

Atsuro-san...?

[Jack Frosts or Shiraishi, Jack Frosts or Shiraishi.

...He'll chase after them later. BUT FIRST--]

Move out of the way!

[JACK FROST RAMPAGE, HO. The snow demons will just continue to run away from him, even as Atsuro ordered Cerberus to slow down to talk to Shiraishi.]

[Shiraishi admits that the guys are quite cute... but not something he'd want to get hit by. So he's moving out of the way as quickly as possible.]

Why are they in such a hurry?

[After Cerberus slowed down to a stop near Shiraishi, Atsuro looks down from above the beast.]

Well, they're kinda causing trouble, so I was trying to stop them and...things happened.

[backtobasics]

[Shiraishi's looking at the Cerberus quietly. That sure isn't a Pokémon... or is it. He's not sure about that or the little guys. This day had been confusing so he'd mostly stopped questioning about things.]

Mischievous group, huh... is there anything I can do to help?

[digitalorunknown]

[Dorumon looks up just in time to leap out of the way of an ice attack. Reflexively, he crouches low to the ground, jumps, and retaliates.]

Metal Cannon!

[A small cannonball hurtles in the direction the demon's attack came from.]

[Down goes a Jack Frost! Seeing their friend fell, the Jack Frosts looks over at Dorumon.

Hi?]

Hee ho...!

What the--a demon? [Atsuro pulls out his fully functional COMP to check.]

[digitalorunknown]

[Oh shit now they're all looking this way. Can he take 'em...?

The fuzzy dragon isn't a demon, but the COMP might be able to pick up something from his digital-monster nature, even if that something is garbled data that didn't translate too well into demon stats. He seems focused on the Jack Frosts and not interested in attacking anything else.]

[Okay, the readings are weird. But Atsuro will worry about it after dealing with the Jack Frosts.

One of them fell from the cannonball, as he tighten his grip on Cerberus's mane and the beast leaps in. And breathes out fire at some of the surprised Jack Frosts.]

[Dorumon's always ready to defend himself, but he doesn't want to get involved in a fight if he has to. He backs up, ears flattening, and sinks into the tall grass to keep an eye on the battle from a safe distance.]

[babel_hacker]

[Scatteeeeer! The Jack Frosts split up, hoping to lose Atsuro and Cerberus.]

Hey! Get back here!

[Atsuro's torn between chasing after them and checking out the strange readings. He looks between the fleeing Frosts and his COMP.]

...Who fired that cannonball? Are you still here?

[hasavision]

[Meanwhile is that a (only about six foot but still) red dragon barreling your way.

Why yes it is. But a perhaps familiar voice shouts out at the last minute:]

Jozo, don't crash!

I'm trying, I'm trying!

[With some effort the dragon pulls into the air just high enough to avoid Atsuro and Cerberus, and if Atsuro cares to look, there's a certain kid clinging to the neck of that dragon.]

--Atsuro, is that you?

[babel_hacker]

[Seeing a dragon swooping down, Atsuro leans down against Cerberus and tighten his grip on its mane, as the beast demon dodges it.]

Whoa...!

[HOLY SHIT A DRAGON MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY--]

Wha--Wataru?

[Blinks.]

-Atsuro? Is that you?

[He looks... different, somehow.]

Yeah, it's me!

[Well, he's a little older and sounds a like it as well. But he's still Atsuro. Just older.]

I didn't know you came back.

[hasavision]

I just realized it, too. I don't even know how I did it, since I was-- uh.

[Wait a minute.]

Jozo, why are you here, too? I thought you were fighting the demons along with all the other dragons!

Well, I was when I showed up here with you!

--I guess Johto's just being weird again?

Pretty much. And actually, we're in the Kanto region right now.

...Could've sworn something like this happened before.

[...Ah, now there's a face he hasn't seen in a while. He remembers every human he's talked to, and certainly every human who's taken note of him.

Of course, Alcor's much more different than the last time he saw him. For starters, he's not de-powered at all, which was certainly welcome. It got tiring walking from place to place.

And the second thing of note is that he's nearby, possibly in the Jack Frost mob's way, as he sits on the head of a much bigger Frost demon...]

[The first thing he notice was the Black Frost. Who wouldn't, since the demon is massive. Next, he noticed a familiar looking person on top of Black Frost's head.]

--Al?

[The Jack Frosts, on the other hand, scrambled themselves to a halt when they see the Black Frost.

Black Frost-senpai~]

[He raises a hand in greeting, while Black Frost looks curiously at the Jack Frost mob. Yes...bow to your leader/senpai!!!]

It's been a while, Atsuro Kihara.

[The Frosts start to hide behind Black Frost. Protect them from the Cerberus...!]

Yeah, it has! And I've been taking care of Fornax since you left.

[jumyouboshi]

[Thankfully, he has Fire Repel. Come, little Frosts. The warrior of love and rage will protect you! Alcor himself simply smiles.]

I'm glad to hear it. Has he caused much trouble for you?

[Yaaaaay.]

Other than almost burning a few things, not much. I haven't bring him out that much because I was training some of my other Pokemon.

[And there's that Pokedex entry as a Litwick...]
