Atsuro here. Sorry for worrying you all with my last broadcast, but I'm now back to normal! [There's a reassuring smile, before he looks serious.] I heard about the Shedinja problem, so I'll be helping out with catching them over here in Cianwood.

[Pause.]

And I'll be careful to not look at their backs.

[Because having his soul taken isn't exactly something he want to experience again.

After the broadcast, Atsuro will be outside searching for the Shedinja around Cianwood and the nearby routes. Pascal the Growlithe is with him, for type advantages.]

Well, it certainly was a bit disturbing to see people I know just fall unconscious like that, but it's hardly your fault that they were wandering around in the first place snatching souls. And knowing what we can do to fix things definitely helps.
