[Atsuro doesn't look as cheerful as he normally does when the feed turned on. He looks sad, even if he try not to show it. Despite his self-control, it slips sometimes.]

...Kazu and Yuzu ['Yuzu', not 'Yoohoo'. When things are serious and he doesn't need to lighten things up, he use her real name.] went home.

[He knows. It's easy for him to discover that his best friend went back. He's practically the reason why Atsuro rush over to Mahogany as fast as possible.

It's when he tried to text Yuzu about Kazu's disappearance and got the unmistakeable, automatic message, that it really sank in. He hesitated on calling the gigolo, but when he finally did, the same message spoke out of his 'Gear.

So it's just him and Midori left, huh?]

I'll...head to Blackthorn City next. It's closer than Azalea, anyway. Just need to prepare myself for the Ice Path.

That's almost always the case. My teacher's the best in his field, so I have to shape up and go beyond.

That's right! [All the time spent together, including late night programming, lead him to know and recognise some of Naoya's expressions.] But I don't point them out that often, since he probably would just tease me.
