DAY 54 - [Text]

Hello, this is Fortran.
It's been a while since I sneak onto here!
I rather not do this,
but on behalf of my most Fair and Wondrous Friend.
I am here to let you all know about Stupid Trainer's upcoming birthday._

[Even after all this time, the Porygon-Z sure doesn't stop calling its trainer that.]

June 11th.
Mark your calendar and send him presents if you know him.
Ideally, while throwing said presents into his face.
But the back of his head works as well.
He gotta keep his reflexes up._

[Why does Atsuro even keep it around...]

I guess we're staying in Goldenrod for a while.
Unless SUDDEN! TRAVEL! PLANS!
Then just text Stupid Trainer for his location.

That's it, I guess.

...Oh yeah, Stupid Trainer's name is Atsuro Kihara.

P.S. He likes the leafiest of leafy green salads._

[No, Atsuro doesn't.]

...Right, I'll assume his reflexes don't need my help. Would a brand new Grass-type count as a leafy green salad?

[Ash no.]

Oh, wait, I have another idea. Why not wish for his perfect present on one of those trees, whether it ends up being a Grass-type or not?

...That's cheating, isn't it.

Wait, that's it? Couldn't he have wished for a mobile suit or a million pokédollars, at the very least?
captainash: (thinking)

A mobile suit matters more than silly concerns such as space.
But enough money to never run out of food or potions matters even more.

...Maybe I should have wished for the money, instead of a masterful work of engineering that's completely powered down.
captainash: (annoyed)

In my defense, I didn't know our new wish-granting tree friends don't offer power supplies. I mean, if someone asked you for a bicycle would you give it to them without the pedals?

...You are a terrible individual, and I hope whoever ever gets one of your metaphorical bicycles will give just as good as they got.

Don't say things like that, it's almost an invitation for the creative types.

Maybe you won't get to. Ever heard the expression 'he who laughs last laughs best'?

Both, probably? I mean, every book has a digital copy by now, if it even comes out on paper in the first place.

If you ever don't have a conveniently close trainer to torment, you mean?
captainash: (confident)

You make it sound like it's not your choice. You could just run away if you wanted.
captainash: (thinking)

[personal profile] captainash 2015-06-20 05:07 pm (UTC)(link)
...I'm not sure if that's sweet or terrifying.

Works for me, and hopefully for your trainer too.
